4. Rules of use
Astrology, tarot, and interpretation content published in Mysteral does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The user relies on it at their own risk as informational and interpretive material.
- the user must use the service in accordance with the law, these terms, and accepted standards of conduct;
- it is prohibited to submit unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, or content that may disrupt the operation of the service;
- attempts to bypass security, gain unauthorized access to data, overload infrastructure automatically, or scrape content in a way that disrupts the app are prohibited;
- the user should keep login credentials secure and must not share them with third parties.
5. Formation and termination of the agreement
For features that do not require an account, the agreement for electronic services is concluded when the user starts using the relevant function and ends when the user leaves the service or stops using that function.
The agreement concerning a user account is concluded upon successful account registration and remains in force for an indefinite period until the account is deleted by the user or the controller.
The controller may temporarily limit access to the service or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms, a security risk, or necessary technical work.
6. Complaints and contact
Comments, complaints, and technical issue reports may be sent to: [contact e-mail].
Where possible, the report should include information identifying the user, a description of the issue, and the date on which it occurred.
The controller will review the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt, unless applicable law requires a different deadline.
7. Intellectual property and liability
Content, layout, graphics, descriptions, and other materials published within Mysteral are protected by copyright or other rights held by the controller or relevant third parties.
The user may use the available content only for personal use unless the law provides otherwise. Further distribution, copying, or commercial use requires an appropriate legal basis.
The controller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the service operates correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features. Maintenance windows, updates, and external infrastructure failures may temporarily affect access.
8. Personal data, cookies, and amendments
Rules for personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy, and rules for cookies are described in the Cookie Policy available in the service.
These terms may be amended due to legal, organizational, technical changes, or changes to publicly available service features. A new version will be published together with the update date.
In matters not covered by these terms, Polish law applies, in particular provisions on electronic services and consumer protection where relevant.
